At the pick-up point you don't have to go to the rental car counter, you can collect your car keys quickly and conveniently from the key dispensing kiosk. At the Kiosk simply enter your booking number, select a vehicle model from the category you have booked and receive the keys. Flight details essential. Directions: Customers will find the Keyngo Machine at the rent a car office area (Arrivals hall) just beside Goldcar office.

At pick-up a deposit amount of EUR 150.0 will be charged against a valid payment method, as per the car rental supplier's terms and conditions, for the duration of the rental.

Your deposit is a guarantee held in the event of damage/theft of the vehicle. This will be released if there is no theft or new damage during the rental period. Please note that this does not represent your total excess liability which can be found in the Insurance Coverage section.

All cards must be in the same name as the main driver on the booking.

In the event that you fail to present a valid payment method, there is a lack of sufficient funds available on your account, or the payment method is not in the main driver's name, the car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle. In these instances no funds paid will be reimbursed.

Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to rent a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that, if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
