1.- After collecting your luggage, and once you are in the airport hall, please call us. 2.- Exit through one of the three doors. Go to the meeting point, it is in the arch below the walkway, you will be able to locate it very easily once you exit through the door. 3.- Wait there and in less than five minutes a representative of our partner “Khan” will deliver the vehicle, the contract and will charge you the amount of the rental. ENJOY YOUR HOLIDAYS!
RETURN YOUR CAR No shuttle bus! No damage checking! No queues! Return your car directly at the Parking Express:
1.- Five minutes before arriving at the airport call us to advise us that you are arriving. 2.- When you arrive at the airport, stay in the middle lane and follow the sign to the parking Express.
3.- Keep going along the Express parking lane and collect your ticket at the entrance.
4.- Go straight ahead and park near the arches where you picked up your vehicle on arrival. A representative of our partner “Khan” will be waiting for you to collect the keys and the ticket.

Driver's age

25 to 99 years.

Young driver's age: 21 to 24 years. Charge 7.26 EUR per day. Maximum 50.82 EUR. Includes 21% tax

Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to hire a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.

Taxes and charges

Airport fee

Fee for pick-up at an airport location. Included in the total price of your rental but may be payable at the rental counter. You may need to pay an airport fee on top of optional extras purchased at the counter.

Collision damage waiver (CDW)

Often referred to as CDW, this partially covers damages incurred to your vehicle. Please note that you will still be liable for insurance excess (see: Not Included section below). CDW does not cover damage or loss of keys, tyres, glass or undercarriage.

Theft waiver (TW)

This covers costs relating to the theft or attempted theft of the rental vehicle but does not cover the loss of personal possessions. Please note that you will still be liable for insurance excess (see below).

Third party liability protection (TP)

This covers damage sustained to another driver’s car in the event of an accident caused by you.

Limited Mileage

With this car, you can use up to 100 km per day. Additional charge of per km will apply for extra kilometres.
